Small alleys, lots of historical buildings, cute little cafés and bars - Bamberg combines culture with a fresh breeze. Hipster bars and cafés, but also home-style restaurants are to be found in the city. The food is to die for, the local beer tastes incredible and don't get me started on the view!
The city offers a lot of culture, among them many churches and historic buildings, like the Residenz, a cathedral and the old city hall. Listed historic buildings and medieval charm makes Bamberg so popular. College students love the city, enjoy the good university and feel at home. Bamberg composes young students and real "Bambärchern" together and it shows! Hip bars next to old school bars, food trucks next to Franconian restaurants, with the tastiest braised beef.
Bamberg is incredible, we don't know what else to tell you. We have found numerous locations and spots we love. Doors and gates in the prettiest colors, amazing brick walls, small alleys and great views are perfect for an incredible picture. Your mom will love it!
In conclusion: Hurry up and get that pretty face to Bamberg.
